Element 92 was designed to rethink the living conditions of the current residents of Oak Ridge, TN, and prepare for 75 years in the future. This apartment model is paired with the advancing world of tech based companies creating a community within the purposed master plan. The proposed four-story building explores the ideas of social space, void, sustainability, and nature. The concepts are rooted in the ideas of Oak Ridge and its advances in not only science but it scenic nature and trail systems. The materials used for the design are locally sourced and recyclable. With the variety of rent-ability options, we hope to provide a strong sense of community and diversity to the city of Oak Ridge.
